Live your values competition winner

Winners of the #VNTAW22 Live Your Values Competition

Vet Nurse Week (10th – 14th October) is a Veterinary Nurses Council of Australia Inc. (VNCA) initiative to raise awareness of the importance of Veterinary Nurses to both the public and veterinary industry. It is a day to celebrate and recognise the contributions of all Veterinary Nurses to the Australian veterinary team. As apart of this years celebrations, the VNCA held a social media competition, asking nurses to share photos of their team on facebook… and OUR TEAM OF NURSES WERE ONE OF THE LUCKY WINNERS!

Goodbye Lyndall

Goodbye Lyndall

Recently our team said goodbye to our amazing, caring, cheerful vet nurse Lyndall. Lyndall started with us in 2017 as a trainee nurse and has since grown to become a highly skilled and talented vet nurse with the most infectious smile 😀

One of her many skills that will be missed the most is her passion and devotion to running our puppy preschool classes. Our clinic would constantly receive positive comments all because of her. What ever clinic she begins working at next will be extremely lucky to have her as a member of their team 🩺🐶🐱

We wish Lyndall and her family the very best with the next adventure. You will all be dearly missed 😘

Future Vets talk

Encouraging future vet graduates to come out west!

Last weekend, over 50 veterinary students from CSU Wagga Wagga and Sydney University traveled out west to get a glimpse of working in regional areas. David was a part of this event and went out to Gooree on Sunday to talk to students about working in our beautiful Mudgee region.

We’d also like to thank our locum veterinarian Alana who also talked to the students at this event.

Hopefully we get to see some of these students back out this way once they graduate.
